This house enjoys a privileged location around 150 metres from the beaches of Kervinni (opposite the Île Vierge lighthouse, the highest lighthouse in Europe, accessible by boat from spring) and the sheltered beach of Saint-Cava, ideal for paddling and canoeing. It's also a great base for visiting some very beautiful and exceptional tourist sites, including the Ile Wrac'h lighthouse, not forgetting the 3 Abers or the beautiful Côte des Légendes, with the fishing village of Ménéham, the Pontusval lighthouse and the beautiful GR 34 coastal footpaths or the V5 cycle route. Detached house sleeps 5: Ground floor: fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, combined freezer and dishwasher), living room, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), mezzanine relaxation area, 1 separate WC. Facilities and services: Washing machine, TV, WIFI Internet access, TV, Bluetooth speaker, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
