Our rental includes : _First floor_ * A large, convivial living room (approx. 30 m²) offering a welcoming space for family and friends, with a sitting area (pellet stove) and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen; * A bedroom (2 x 90cm beds) with en-suite shower room; * A storeroom * And separate WC. _On the 1st floor_ * A pleasant mezzanine (sofa bed 160) overlooking the living room; * A master suite (bed 160); * And separate WC with washbasin. The bedrooms are equipped with top-quality bedding, and bed linen and towels are provided. To make the most of sunny days, a private 800m² garden with garden furniture and deckchairs surrounds our rental property, offering a breathtaking view of Besse and the surrounding countryside. All shops and services are nearby. There's also a large garage and 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
