Le Séquestre is a village adjoining Albi. This new house, located in Le Séquestre 81990, is ideal for 4-6 people. It has 3 bedrooms. The house is in a quiet location at the end of a quiet side street with a large park on the other side. No problem parking up to three cars in front of the house. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day spent discovering the region, Albi with its architectural treasures: the cathedral, the Toulouse Lautrec museum, but also many other listed villages such as Cordes sur ciel, ... Settle down on the sofa to read a good book or enjoy the peaceful garden (with its garden furniture). You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully-equipped modern kitchen (hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machines, steam cooker, fondue set). The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms (140cm beds) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a washing machine and hairdryer. The house has reversible air conditioning in the main room. You are 2 km from the town centre, which you can get to by bus; there is a bus stop 100 metres from the house (a map with bus timetables can be found on the large sideboard in the living room).
