Welcome to Clos Boissière! Let yourself be charmed by the many attractions of this part of the Gers, known as little Tuscany, in an old stone farmhouse dating from the 19th century. I have 2 gîtes on the property, just a few dozen metres apart: the one shown in the ad can accommodate 6 people, the other 8. You can book the 2 for 14 people, or share the outside areas and swimming pool with the occupants of the other gite. The Cosy gîte, on the pool side, has two spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room with separate WC. There's also a private terrace with built-in barbecue. One of the bedrooms has 1 double bed, the other 2 single beds 90x190 (convertible into a double bed with a mattress topper) and the living room has a sofa bed with a mattress topper. The bedding is new, French and of excellent quality. The Cosy gîte has a bathroom and separate WC. In the Cosy gîte, on the pool side, there are two spacious bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a shower room with separate WC. There's a private terrace with built-in barbecue and board games in the kitchen. Tea, herbal tea and coffee are available. Depending on the season and your tastes, breakfast is available as an optional extra: made with local produce, it can be served in the kitchen or outside. The swimming pool is not heated, but the temperatures in the Gers make for a very pleasant swim. As we own another gîte, the pool is reserved entirely for guests. The outdoor furniture means you can relax by the water, surrounded only by the sounds of nature, and why not enjoy an aperitif or a meal there. Boules de pétanque and molki are available on the petanque court. A jacuzzi is also available: For €10 per person per hour, you can enjoy a relaxing break overlooking the park, with a front row seat to admire the sunset... And for an extra €3, I'll provide you with a bathrobe and towel. 1 hour or more, day or evening? Don't hesitate to contact me to book your time in advance or on the spot, we can also discuss a package for the duration of your stay, anything is possible ✨ 🥂 Drinks and aperitif boards are available on request to complete your experience 🥂 You can also stroll through the 3.6-hectare park, between meadow and woodland, discover the two ponds (one fenced in with ganivelle and the other surrounded by a natural plant barrier), take a break thanks to the garden lounges scattered around the property, in absolute peace and quiet. The only restriction is that children must be supervised by an adult when using the pool or the park. You will share the swimming pool with guests from the other gîte if it is booked. Moon, at the top of his 4 legs, will give you a warm welcome: he's a cuddly, curious little cat who's used to the outdoors. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. If you have a special event in mind, whether it's a birthday, family reunion, party with friends, relaxation or art day, I can take care of the whole organisation for you, backed up by my experience in events management. You can book the 2 for 14 people, or share the outside areas and swimming pool with the occupants of the other gite.   On the garden side, the Nature room, with its soft colours, offers a view of the park and its different species of trees. It has its own private terrace. Opposite the house, the Vignes room, in warm colours, invites you to discover the vineyard, the stone barns and the meadow planted with a small orchard. There is also a small private courtyard. Each room has 3 single beds (2 90x200 and 1 90x190), which can be converted into a double and a single bed, depending on the configuration you require. The bedding is new, French and of excellent quality.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom and separate toilet. You can relax in the lounge or in the reading corner, with books for adults and children and board games. Depending on the season and your wishes, breakfast (only for B&B bookings), made with local produce, will be served in the kitchen or outside. You are free to use the microwave oven in the kitchen. Tea, herbal tea and coffee are available. The swimming pool is unheated, but the Gers temperatures make for a very pleasant swim. As we own another gîte, the pool is reserved entirely for our guests. Enclosed by a ganivelle fence with a gate, it is also secured by an alarm. The outdoor furniture means you can relax by the water, surrounded only by the sounds of nature, and why not enjoy an aperitif or a meal. Petanque bowls will add to these convivial moments. You can also wander around the 3.6 hectares of parkland, between meadow and woodland, discover the two ponds (one fenced in by a ganivelle and the other surrounded by a natural plant barrier), and take a break in the garden furniture scattered around the property, in complete peace and quiet.  The only restriction is that children must be supervised by an adult when using either the pool or the park. I have another gîte for 4 to 6 people on the estate that you can reserve for up to 14 people, also with a private terrace: if this is not the case, the outside areas will be shared with the other 'family' who has booked the second gîte. Moon, at the top of his 4 legs, will give you a warm welcome: he's a cuddly, curious little cat who's used to the outdoors.  Pets are not allowed.
