Welcome to Olargues, our family home welcomes you all year round for stays with family or friends. A former hotel built at the end of the 18th century, the holiday home, located opposite the old village station, can accommodate up to 11 people. On the ground floor, a large living room of 80 m2, bringing together the kitchen and the dining room, on the river side, and the living room, on the village side. The large, fully equipped kitchen includes: Oven, dishwasher, as well as two refrigerators. A laundry room with washing machine. The stove will create a warm atmosphere in the living room. Your cottage has many works, we have chosen not to install a television. The rental is however equipped with wifi. A first WC is located on the ground floor. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because the rooms are located on the upper floors. On the first floor you will have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. 1 large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 90 cm bed and 1 other bedroom with a 140 cm bed. All the rooms have the charm of the old. On the second and last floor 4 new bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 90 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and the last 1 bedroom with a 110 cm bed. The second floor is also equipped with a bathroom which can communicate with one of the bedrooms, separate toilet. For the exterior part you will benefit from a terrace which on windy days will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals, a large garden below with Barbecue and stone bread oven at your disposal during your holidays in the Minervois. Many activities are available to you during your stay in Occitanie, classified among the most beautiful villages in France, Olargues is a formerly fortified village, impossible to visit the village without a walk to the foot of the Olargues bell tower. The imposing square tower which dominates the valley is one of the last vestiges of the medieval citadel which once occupied the entire summit of the hill.
