You can explore its terraced gardens, which offer panoramic views over the Seine valley, as well as the abbey church and its magnificent Romanesque sculptures. * The Monastic Gardens: The gardens have been restored in the monastic style, with medicinal and aromatic plants. ROUEN (20 KM AWAY) * Notre-Dame de Rouen Cathedral: A masterpiece of Gothic architecture, this cathedral was painted by Claude Monet and houses the tomb of Richard the Lionheart. * Gros-Horloge: This famous astronomical clock is located in a historic pedestrian street.
