Description

Welcome to Gîte Lamartine, located in a 19th century stone winegrower's house, for 4-5 people in the small charming winegrowing village of Saint-Lothain, near Poligny. You will discover this accommodation with independent access to the rear of the house on the garden side. The entrance is into the modern and renovated kitchen. A warm and bright living room gives direct access to the 50m² terrace. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms overlooking the rising sun and the Revermont landscape. Sheets and duvets are included in the price, a towel kit including a large towel, a small towel and a washcloth are available at €6/kit. You will benefit from a private washing machine and all the necessary equipment. An independent bathroom with a walk-in shower renovated in 2020 is also located upstairs near the bedrooms. The toilets are also independent. You can enjoy the spacious exteriors not overlooked at the foot of the cottage, (swing, barbecue, garden table and chairs with a parasol. Room for storing bicycles (check with the owner) Animals are not accepted (except special conditions, see with the owner) An optional cleaning package is offered at €50 for accommodation. The accommodation is located near Poligny, capital of the County, Arbois, capital of wine, Château-Chalon and its belvedere, and the waterfalls of Baume-les-Messieurs. The A39 motorway entrance is just 8 kilometers away.

L'accès est facile , à partir de la sortie numéro 7 de l’autoroute A39 , prendre la direction Poligny et sur la nationale N89 prendre à droite avant les 4 voies . La Rue Lamartine est la première à gauche en arrivant dans le village de Saint Lothain, mais attention elle est en sens interdit . Vous devez emprunter la première rue sur votre gauche, à 200m . Vous pouvez vous garer dans la cour du gîte en bordure de rue , une place vous est réservée .

Je suis randonneur depuis une bonne quinzaines d'années .J'ai parcouru beaucoup de paysages du jura et je peux vous donner des idées de randonnées près de chez moi ou plus haut en demi montagne premier, deuxième ou troisième plateau . J'adore les fleurs et le jardinage et nous pourrons échanger nos passions respectives dans ces domaines .Le jardin est juste a côté du gîte et vous pourrez profiter de quelques tomates , et autres poireaux cultivés par mes soins . J'aime bien faire de la photo macro de nature et j'ai pu récolter des milliers de photos de fleures , insectes , papillons au cours de mes randonnées aussi bien dans le Jura qu'au cours de mes longs chemins de Compostelle . Je suis grand père et je connais les petits enfants et je me fais toujours un plaisir de les accompagner à la balançoire ,juste en face le gîte .
