A boiler room with washing machine and tancarville. Enclosed front courtyard facing south, with uninterrupted views over the fields and horses. Equipped with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, wooden outdoor table and a small bicycle shed. Small dogs and cats welcome. Non-smoking gîte, ashtrays available in conservatory. Water and electricity meters read on arrival. Optional cleaning: €80 30% deposit on booking, the balance to be paid on arrival at the gîte, plus a deposit of 300€ (cheque not cashed).
