Description
Situated in the heart of 'Morocco', in a quiet alleyway, this typical Croix de Vie house can be seen behind its high gates. Just a short walk from the market, the station and the fishing and yachting harbour, "Petite barque" is the perfect holiday home for 5/6 people. It has been enlarged and given a new look, but is still very practical. Its 30 m² living and dining room opens out through a large bay window onto the south-west facing garden - a rarity in this area - and onto a 14 m² courtyard. The fitted and equipped kitchen also has direct access to the outside. The ground floor bedroom is small and has its own shower room with toilet. Upstairs, 2 small interconnecting bedrooms will benefit from the 2nd shower room with toilet on the ground floor. To go to the Grande Plage, you can choose between taking the boat "le passeur", in summer, and be there in less than 2 minutes (paying) or take the bikes for a 1300 m ride.
