Located on the ground floor of a modern, recently-built residence much appreciated for its peace and quiet, this beautiful flat can accommodate up to 2 people. Ideally located in the heart of the town centre, you'll be right next to the market and the quays of Saint Gilles. The Grande Plage is just 1 km away, within easy reach on foot or by bike. The 18 m² living space has an additional 5 m² sleeping area with a double bed. The kitchenette is functional and the terrace is an added bonus, as it overlooks the shared courtyard. Car parking is available just 50 metres from the residence, in a private, secure car park. (Réf Phare) MENAGE + CONCIERGERIE PACKAGE included: - Beds made before your arrival, - Bathroom linen provided, - Final cleaning.
