Our gîte "Le Relais du Four", built in 1763 in the commune of Apchat and listed as an Auvergne heritage site, was completely renovated in 2019. Its traditional stone architecture gives it an authentic charm, while offering a modern and comfortable interior for our travelers. With its modular capacity, it can accommodate up to 10 people, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends. For information, the gîte is composed as follows: First floor: - an independent, fully-equipped kitchen, giving access to a private, fully-enclosed garden of around 500m² and a covered terrace (with summer kitchen and gas barbecue). - an authentically charming living/dining room with stone walls, exposed beams and pretty inglenook fireplace (for your viewing pleasure only!) - a master suite (140cm bed), with private shower room and toilet - separate toilet with washbasin On the 1st floor : - bedroom with private WC - bathroom - a shared bedroom (4 x 90cm beds) Annexe (within the grounds of the property, available for bookings of up to 10 people): - a master suite (140cm bed) with bathroom and separate WC - a sitting area. /!\ Our gîte can be adapted to suit the number of guests. For a couple, only the first floor is available. The number of rooms available will vary according to your needs and the composition of your group. Please consult us before booking, for better organization. Private parking (10 vehicles) is available in front of the property, as well as an enclosed shed to safely store your sports equipment (on request). Our services - Table d'hôtes on reservation with regional specialties (local products) and wood-fired cooking (Attractive rates!) - Possibility of booking by the night outside the summer period (min. 2 nights) - Bed linen and cleaning service extra - Heating included from October 19 (All Saints' vacation) to May 5 (Easter vacation). Outside these dates, a flat rate of €15/night will be charged.
