This house will win you over with its location in the heart of Telgruc-sur-Mer and its proximity to sandy beaches and the GR34. In terms of tourism, the Presqu'île is a paradise for hikers and water sports enthusiasts, with its rugged coastline and cliffs, its flora and fauna... it's an exceptional place! The UNESCO-listed Vauban Tower is also a must-see. Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, oven and microwave), living room, 1 bathroom with WC. A cellar accessible from the outside (where the dishwasher is located). First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). Facilities and services: TV, Internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, high chair, board games. Outside: garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, beach games for children, enclosed garden and private car park. Prices per week: For prices, please consult the availability schedule.
