Welcome to Lanton, on the banks of the magnificent Bay of Arcachon, in the beautiful Gironde region of New Aquitaine, where this charming single-storey house awaits you for an unforgettable family holiday. Situated just a stone's throw from the Bay of Arcachon and close to Bordeaux, this house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Villa Kinou has an enclosed kitchen, perfectly equipped for preparing delicious meals, a convivial dining room for enjoying family moments, and an adjoining living room with television. Two spacious bedrooms await you, each furnished with a comfortable 140cm bed and storage space. For added flexibility, there is a reading area with an additional sofa bed. The house also has a shower room and separate toilet for your convenience. Outside, the garden invites you to relax, with its terrace equipped with an electric awning, garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is secure, with fenced grounds and an enclosed parking area with electric gate. Bike storage is also available in the garden. The shops are just a few minutes away from the property. You can hire sheets and towels (€15 per person). Cleaning is compulsory (€65). Pets and parties are not permitted, thank you for your understanding.
