We will welcome you to our gîte Le Lares. It is located in the heart of a large property in a true haven of peace, overlooking the valley, with a breathtaking view of the characterful village of Simiane la Rotonde. This old farm also including another gîte and the owners' accommodation has been completely renovated with taste and offers a breathtaking view. The gîte has a completely independent entrance at the bottom of the property and benefits from a beautiful terrace private without vis-à-vis. You can enjoy the private swimming pool with counter-current swimming and sunbathing at your disposal. Inside, a beautiful spacious and bright living room and a bedroom with its adjoining bathroom. All spaces have been designed for your comfort to make your stay unforgettable. Facing the village, in a peaceful setting, charming independent gîte decorated with taste of 40 m² in a completely renovated old farm including another gîte and the owners' accommodation. Single-storey gîte with access via external stairs, not overlooked, it consists of the following rooms:     1 beautiful bright living room with equipped kitchen, living room and relaxation area with flat screen television.     1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and its adjoining bathroom.     1 independent toilet. The cottage benefits from the following outdoor comfort:     a large common open plot of land overlooking the valley with a magnificent view.     a private swimming pool of 4 x 2.50 meters with counter-current swimming with a terrace equipped with all the garden furniture and deck chairs. Access by a dirt road for 500 meters. Parking for vehicles 20 meters from the gîte, possibility of leaving luggage and shopping in front of the gîte.an exterior stairway provides access to the cottage. Charges and heating (electric) are included in the price.
