This house is ideally situated in a peaceful seaside resort less than 500 m from the sea. Take advantage of your stay to visit the Bigouden region. Stroll along the port of Guilvinec and watch the daily return of the fishing boats at the end of the day, admire the 360° panorama offered by the Eckmühl lighthouse in Penmarch, not forgetting Ile Tudy, Pont L'abbé, the port of Lesconil 3 km away and the Breton Riviera with Bénodet, Fouesnant, the historic town of Quimper, the walled city of Concarneau and the city of painters in Pont-Aven.... During the summer season, there are numerous local festivals (Breton music and dance festivals, concerts, exhibitions, trawler trips), weekly markets on Tuesdays in Loctudy, Wednesdays in Lesconil and the very large market in Pont-l'Abbé on Thursdays.) Terraced house not overlooked (with the owners) for 2 people: Ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher) living room. First floor: Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 shower room, 1 separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, wifi internet, washing machine and tumble dryer shared with the owner. Outside: Enclosed private garden, terrace, garden furniture, electric barbecue, private parking. Rates: Consult the schedule to find out the rate for your stay. Optional extras Cleaning option (optional): 50€ if the accommodation requires it at the tenant's departure. Visitor's tax: 0,90€ /day /adult
