Discover "Les Roses de Tallende", our attractive, refurbished 25m² studio on the ground floor of our house. Totally independent thanks to its private entrance, it's ideally located in Tallende in the Puy de Dôme, close to the A75 freeway and just 20 minutes from the gates of Clermont-Ferrand. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a vacation on your own or a business trip, our accommodation offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant, relaxing stay in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne! Studio features: - Main room: Living room with desk area, reading area with TV and DVD player, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, Senseo espresso machine, toaster, kitchen utensils ...) and comfortable bedroom (with 140cm bed) set back from the main room. - Bathroom: Shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and toiletries. Our services: Bed linen, towels and household linen provided. Baby equipment on request (cot). Free Wi-Fi. Parking in front of the house. Covered shed for bikes or motorcycles. Short stays possible (2 nights minimum - 60€ per night). Decreasing weekly rate (50€ per night).. Pets are not allowed. Outside: You can enjoy our carefully tended garden with a variety of colorful flowers and aromatic plants, creating a soothing and enchanting setting. On the terrace (part of which is covered), garden furniture is available (table, chairs and parasol, deckchairs, barbecue, outdoor games, etc.).
