This holiday rental is an authentic house in Boisvinet, a typical district of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Perfect for 4 people, it has retained its charm and character. A blend of modernity and vintage, the house is warm and cosy. The beach is just 200 metres away and Croix de Vie town centre is just a short walk or bike ride away. The kitchen is a real living space, with a shared area for family meals and a small office area for teleworking. The living room is ideal for socialising and relaxing, with no television to encourage conviviality. At night, the 2 bedrooms are independent and one has its own shower room. The interior courtyard, discreet and out of sight, is the perfect place to enjoy the fine weather in complete tranquillity.
