This luxury flat is located on the 2nd floor of a new residence, in the heart of the Sion sur l'Océan district in Saint Hilaire de Riez. Ideal for 4 people, it offers uninterrupted views of the ocean and Sion beach. The view is beautiful and unique from the cosy lounge and terrace. One of the 2 bedrooms is a bedroom-cabin and can specifically accommodate 2 children. The other bedroom has a large double bed (160cm). There is plenty of parking and a private room on the ground floor that is perfectly accessible for bicycles.
