Description
Lou Bentenac is the ideal country house for a family holiday, a get-together with friends, a relaxing break or a gourmet meal. In the far south of the Gers, on a hill with uninterrupted views over the countryside, the owner opens the doors of his 18th-century Gers manor house to you, with its authentic character of stone, beams and half-timbering. Set in 5000m² of grounds, 1000m² of which is private (reserved for the gîte), a beautiful 44m² covered terrace lets you enjoy the surrounding countryside: fields, hills and woods during your meals. To recharge your batteries, you can choose between the private above-ground swimming pool (7.4x3.7 - depth: 1.10m) or the relaxation area with Spa and Sauna (access with supplement). Large entrance hall, lounge/library, kitchen with dining area and utility room, shower room with separate WC, shower room with WC leading to the relaxation area: SPA and Sauna (free and unlimited access in the afternoons and evenings, with supplement). Upstairs: blue bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bed 110, library, relaxation area and study, orange bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 3 beds 90, library, red bedroom with 1 bed 140, yellow bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 bed 110 and 1 bed 90, private lounge area.
