Its location along the Landes coast and its proximity to the Basque Country make it ideal for excursions. The main room and adjoining wooden terrace make for a spacious and bright 80 m² living space. Accommodation: The house comprises a spacious living room opening onto a wooden terrace, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, a bathroom and separate WC. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm), which can be combined if required 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm) and a mezzanine (not suitable for children under 6). Other remarks : - Pets not allowed. - No smoking inside.
