Enjoy Saint-Malo in complete peace of mind with this exceptional seafront flat! This 52 m² holiday rental in a residence was completely renovated and refurbished in 2024 to offer you the utmost comfort for your holiday or business trip. The icing on the cake : a ground-floor flat. Access to Le Minihic beach is direct from the residence (just a few steps). Private parking is available. You will be welcomed on arrival. The flat is located in the very quiet district of Rothéneuf. Saint-Malo station is a 10-minute walk or bike ride away, and the city centre "intra-muros"  is a 10-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride (cycle paths), or a 50-minute walk via the pleasant Sillon dyke. Shops 5 minutes away. _The seasonal rental of 52m² for 1 to 4 people comprises :_ * Inside - Living area with fully-equipped kitchenette (e.g. filter and espresso coffee makers, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, small electrical appliances) - A lounge area with TV, board games and books. Wifi internet access. - Veranda with sliding windows to enjoy full sea views and sunsets. - Comfortable sofa bed in the lounge for 2 people (140 cm mattress) and storage space nearby. - 1 separate bedroom with 140 cm bed and dressing area. - Bathroom with spacious shower, vanity unit, washing machine and electric towel rail. - Separate toilets * The exterior - Fully enclosed property, secured by a gate. - Private overhead parking for your vehicle- Accessible lawn, shared with the residence below. - Direct access to the Minihic beach from the residence. - Very quiet neighbourhood * Facilities and services - End-of-stay cleaning included - Optional bed linen and made-up beds: €10 / bed - TV, Wi-fi, dishwasher, oven, freezer, washing machine, etc. - Books and board games - Washing machine - Baby facilities available free of charge on request: cot, high chair, bathtub. - Pets accepted with prior agreement from the owner - electricity surcharge (price per KW is €0.30 inc. VAT) * The owner Annie is delighted to welcome you to her comfortable flat. Annie or Elsa will be present on your arrival and on your departure, as a token of their professionalism and human warmth. * Supplements - Visitor's tax (compulsory): €1.35 adult/night (meublé de tourisme rated 3 stars by Atout France) * Accessibility The flat is on one level.
