The apartment ARLATAN - JEU DE PAUME is ideally located in the historic center of Aix-en-Provenceen-Provence, 100m from the Cours Mirabeau but in a residential street surprisingly away from the most touristic area. Built in 1685, the apartment is located in the hotel of ARLATAN-LAURIS opposite the theater of the Jeu de Paume (rue de l'Opéra) but the condominium also includes the hotel of Dreux-Brézé rue du Maréchal Joffre which is located in front of the chapel of the white penitents (annex of the museum Granet). The apartment overlooking the courtyard of the garden of the hotel ARLATAN, it is incredibly quiet and has an open view without vis-à-vis and facing south. The garden is accessible and sun loungers are provided for residents who meet among neighbors for an aperitif! The hotel of ARLATAN-LAURIS is listed in the inventory of Historical Monuments, as two other hotels of the street of the Opera. The apartment itself is also classified for its decorations called "gypseries" exceptionally preserved and typical of Aix-en-Provence. The decorations in the living room represent the four seasons. You will thus have a glimpse into the life of the parliamentary aristocracy of the Ancien Régime and the impression of sleeping in a kind of museum with ceilings at 5m high. The apartment of 85 m2 can accommodate four people: double bed in the bedroom and convertible bed in the living room. It has all the comforts in terms of equipment (TV, WIFI, screen and printer for telework, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, central heating) and all the necessary items are provided (sheets, towels, beach towels and umbrella, etc.).

Reception is open 24 hours a day via a key box inside the building. You need to enter the residence using a keypad and then access the key box located next to the front door.
