Attractive, comfortable 110 m² flat on the 1st floor of a house with its own entrance and 15 m² covered balcony. Two staircases lead up to the flat. One outside and one inside. Grocery shop in the centre of the village. 5 km from Neuf-Brisach and its shops, 20 km from Colmar and the Alsace vineyards. 5 km from Vieux Brisach, 25 km from Fribourg, 40 km from Europa Park. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need (filter coffee maker or Senseo), a living room with dining table and flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms with 180*200 beds, which can be separated. 1 bedroom with a 90*200 bed. 1 bathroom with washing machine. 1 separate WC with window. Garden furniture and plancha available on the terrace. 1 bed linen set per person/ 2 cushions/blanket/duvet Two dish towels. Towels are provided on request. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The flat has a balcony. One tenant lives on the ground floor all year round. In order to maintain a quiet neighbourhood, please do not make any noise on the balcony between 10pm and 8am.
