Set in a house full of character, this gîte combines the charm of the past with modern comforts. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped living room and kitchen, plus a large, cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove in the typical inglenook fireplace, ideal for evenings by the fire. From the kitchen, access the shaded terrace with table, chairs and barbecue for al fresco dining. Upstairs, three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation: * one bedroom with a double bed * one bedroom with two single beds * one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A shower room and separate toilet complete this space. The gîte also has a large enclosed garden with uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains, ideal for relaxing in the heart of nature. Situated in a small, peaceful hamlet halfway between Aurillac and Salers, the house guarantees peace and privacy, with no onlookers. Options and services : - Sheets available on request - Optional end-of-stay cleaning package - Electricity included up to 56 kWh, invoiced at the current rate above that.
