This house enjoys a very privileged, peaceful location, right next to a greenway (the old "Birinik" railway line) and less than 5 minutes by bike from the Ster beach and local shops. Children's play area 200 m away. The location is ideal for visiting the Pays Bigouden, with its many tourist attractions: the Eckmühl lighthouse at the Pointe de Penmarc'h, offering an unbeatable view of the ocean, the waves at the Pointe de la Torche, a legendary surfing spot, and finally, from a viewpoint, watch the daily return of the fishing boats to the port of Guilvinec after a visit to the Haliotika fishing centre. Detached single-storey house for 4 people Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave...) living room with 1 extra bed for 1 person in the sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), 1 shower room with WC.
