Ground floor: Entrance hall with corridor leading off to the right to the living room with TV, separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and all cooking equipment, On the left, a 12 m2 master suite with 1 double bed (140x190) giving access to the shower room (90x120), WC and washing machine. Upstairs: 1 bedroom of 15 m2 with 2 beds 90x190, a large relaxation room of 30 m2 with games area including table football, lounge with convertible corner sofa, large screen TV, a staircase giving access to a mezzanine (access forbidden to under 11s) with a double bed 140X190, a large net stretched for a moment of relaxation, reading cocooning. Bathroom with shower (80x120cm) and WC. Private enclosed garden of approx. 60 m² with terrace (garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue). Public car park opposite the gîte.
