This detached house, spread over three levels, offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: Ground floor: garage, laundry room with washing machine, second fridge and freezer. The owner occasionally stays on the ground floor, on the car park side, with no facing neighbours. On the first floor (main entrance): a reception hall with an office and a separate toilet. On the upper floor (pool level): a fully-equipped kitchen with access to a terrace, perfect for outdoor meals, and a convivial lounge with a pool table that can be converted into a large dining table. Three bedrooms await you: One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and en suite shower room, Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), A bathroom with bath and separate WC.
