You can go to the beach on foot and do your shopping in the nearby shops. Features: Our holiday home near the beach, with a walled garden, consists of a living room with a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, inside side kitchen or on the terrace, a sitting area for dinner and cozy lounge with TV, board games and a library at your disposal. A corridor serves the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and the separate toilet. The parents' room with a large closet and a bed in 140 with a terrace on the garden, and the 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 80/190 (the bottom one is convertible into bed 160 cm) and 1 bed of 90,  2 wardrobes. We have a small laundry area with washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner with self-service cleaning products. We provide baby equipment for comfort, with a folding bed, high chair, bath, booster seat and some books and toys. Linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and bed linens) and towels for each person is included in the rental price. Cleaning is optional at 100 euros/ stay. You can park a car in the property or outside on the street   ( easy and free parking) . We do not accept pets. A deposit of 1000 euros is to be expected.
