This authentic stone house completely renovated, in the traditional style of Coutançais, and well isolated, is located in a peaceful hamlet of the town of Agon-Coutainville, 2km from the sea and the beach. On the ground floor, from the courtyard, you can access, on the west side, a large open space where are the dining room, kitchen and living room. Still on the ground floor, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a toilet/ WC, and three independent rooms, all 3 equipped with 2 beds of 90. It offers an ideal living environment for nature lovers, with a large garden, plenty of space and a maze of greenery! Baby equipment on request. Optional linen rental. Cleaning service extra charge. Electric heating. The rental price includes 10 kwh/ day, overage will be charged at the rate in force.

En venant de Coutances traverser Tourville-sur-mer et prendre la D 650 Blainville-sur-mer, Lessay en montant sur la bretelle à droite, juste avant le pont routier. Le hameau de La Beuverie est sur la gauche au deuxième carrefour, la Gannière est au 5 bis. Entrer par le passage commun au 5bis et au 7 et tourner tout de suite à gauche pour se garer dans la cour gravillonnée devant le gite.
