This authentic stone house completely renovated, in the traditional style of Coutançais, and well isolated, is located in a peaceful hamlet of the town of Agon-Coutainville, 2km from the sea and the beach. On the ground floor, from the courtyard, you can access, on the west side, a large open space where are the dining room, kitchen and living room. Still on the ground floor, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a toilet/ WC, and three independent rooms, all 3 equipped with 2 beds of 90. It offers an ideal living environment for nature lovers, with a large garden, plenty of space and a maze of greenery! Baby equipment on request. Optional linen rental. Cleaning service extra charge. Electric heating. The rental price includes 10 kwh/ day, overage will be charged at the rate in force.

Access map
Coming from Coutances, go through Tourville-sur-mer and take the D 650 Blainville-sur-mer, Lessay, taking the slip road on the right, just before the road bridge. The hamlet of La Beuverie is on the left at the second crossroads, and La Gannière is at number 5 bis. Enter through the passageway shared by 5bis and 7 and turn immediately left to park in the gravelled courtyard in front of the gite.
