Holiday home on the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise. This peaceful spot in the heart of nature invites you to relax during your holiday. Just 700m from the centre of Damvix, where you'll find all the essentials (bakery, butchers, delicatessen, chemist, mini-market, 5 restaurants, etc.). The house comprises a living room, a sitting room and a separate kitchen leading to a shower room with WC. On the ground floor, two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (140cm), the other with 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which are bunk beds. Upstairs, a third bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and washbasin. Outside, you will enjoy a courtyard that is totally enclosed for the safety of children and pets. Here you will find a terrace with a sliding-roof pergola, garden furniture, a barbecue and a covered area with a table tennis table. Adjoining, wooded meadow of approx. 800m2 with carport. Possibility of fishing on site on a private pontoon and canoe trips (on request from the owner) or bike rides on the many paths available free of charge.
