Calm, tranquillity, rest in the countryside to recharge your batteries. You'll find it at La Mesquire, in the middle of nature, with no stress, no noise, situated on a high point where you can admire the panoramic view, its surroundings and listen to nature. Laetitia and Isabelle welcome you to a fully restored stone house set in 3.5 hectares of meadows and woodland. The La Rapière gîte is on 2 levels with its own private wooden terrace. On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto the living room with its attractive living area and television, equipped with 1 fridge-freezer, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 4-burner induction hob, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 kettle. Then there is 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space, 1 shower room with 1 shower, 1 washbasin, 1 washing machine and storage space. There is a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), plus storage space. A 10m x 4m flat-bottomed saltwater swimming pool is available every day from 11.30am to 7.30pm. Owner
Born in the Gers, Isabelle settled close to her ancestors with her partner Laëtitia. In 2010, we bought the mesquire, a 3.5-hectare former farm. We renovated it and created 2 gîtes, and have recently built and installed a caravan "l'âne au salon" on the edge of the wood. We've transformed everything and planted lots of trees, hedges line the entire property, photovoltaic panels, water recovery tanks, no inputs and no pesticides since we arrived. As a result, wild orchids grow in the spring, and birds return and live in our hedges all year round. Respect for nature and living together are our watchwords. What's more, we have companions along the way: donkeys, chickens that eat leftovers and 2 female dogs.
