Come and discover our wooden cottages set in an orchard by the river. Whether for a weekend or a longer stay, as a couple, with children or with friends, or for a three-week spa treatment in JONZAC, I look forward to welcoming you to our charming wooden cottage “Le Prunier”, which has a 3-star rating and is accessible to guests with reduced mobility, set in lush green surroundings. SPECIAL OFFER September / October / November 2026: 7 nights for 270 euros instead of 360 euros Description: * 1 separate bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a comfortable sofa bed. * A spacious, PRM-adapted shower room with a toilet. * A large covered terrace with a barbecue * Sun loungers * A large garden with a table tennis table and a designated area for playing pétanque outdoors. * Fully equipped: fridge-freezer * microwave, oven, washing machine, television, free Wi-Fi. * Please bring your own 160 bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels. * Cleaning: flat rate of 30 euros. * Free Wi-Fi. * Accommodation for young children available on request. * Small dogs allowed free of charge on request. * Security deposit payable on arrival: a cheque for 300 euros (not cashed). Access map
From Bordeaux Take the A10 motorway towards Paris. Take exit 37 for Mirambeau / Jonzac. Then follow the D730 towards Jonzac and follow the signs to your accommodation. Journey time: approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on traffic. From La Rochelle Head towards Rochefort then Saintes via the N137. Then join the A10 towards Bordeaux. Take the Pons (exit 36) or Mirambeau (exit 37) exit, depending on your exact destination. Follow the signs for Jonzac. Journey time: approximately 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. The Verger area is situated in a peaceful setting amongst vineyards, orchards and woodland, about 5 minutes from Jonzac town centre and close to the thermal baths.
