Description

Gîte "Les Marmottes": 85 m² apartment with garden, on two levels (1st and 2nd attic floors, entrance on first floor), in the village of Cros. 1st floor: large living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds (140cm) and 4 single beds (90cm), 2 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs. The gîte has shared access with the owners to the garden opposite. Shops and services in Bagnols (4 km) and Lanobre (6 km). Located at the gateway to the Parc Naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne and the Sancy massif (downhill and cross-country skiing), "Les Marmottes" is also close to the Cantal and Corrèze départements. The Bort-les-Orgues dam is just a few kilometers away (Val castle, water sports...) and the Tour d'Auvergne lake is ideal for picnics and swimming. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information.
