Maria and Fred open the doors of this holiday home "Ivie" combining peace and quiet in the countryside, in the Arkanson valley, near Lake Rochereau, equidistant between the Puy du Fou and the Marais Poitevin, 55 minutes from the sea and La Rochelle. Relax in the garden or by the heated swimming pool (May to September). Description of the house: Ground floor: large kitchen with dining area, lounge, boudoir, shower room and wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and sofa (1 person), 2nd bedroom with double bed (140cm) and sofa (1 person), 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm), shower room and wc. Outside: parking, terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, children's swing, heated swimming pool from May to September (weather permitting). Umbrella bed available on request (extra charge). Towels and table linen available on request (extra charge). For weekends (minimum 2 days), please contact us.
