Nestling in a charming little valley, in the heart of a protected natural site, come and discover this flat with terrace on the ground floor of a former 19th century mill. It is set in 2 hectares of grounds; after crossing the apple orchard, you will have access to the wild river that meanders at the bottom of the property. It is ideally located 5 km from Concarneau and its walled town, 7 km from the first beaches in Finistère and 10 km from Pont Aven, the famous city of painters. Flat on the garden floor of a house: sleeps 3, sleeping area with 1 double bed (160cm), 1 single bed in the sofa in the living room (bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival), living room-kitchen, shower room with WC, washing machine, freezer, oven and microwave, TV, WIFI internet access, garden furniture, barbecue, large landscaped and wooded garden with orchard and river, private parking. Holiday vouchers accepted.
