Nestling in a charming little valley, in the heart of a protected natural site, come and discover this flat with terrace on the ground floor of a former 19th century mill. It is set in 2 hectares of grounds; after crossing the apple orchard, you will have access to the wild river that meanders at the bottom of the property. It is ideally located 5 km from Concarneau and its walled town, 7 km from the first beaches in Finistère and 10 km from Pont Aven, the famous city of painters. Flat on the garden floor of a house: sleeps 3, sleeping area with 1 double bed (160cm), 1 single bed in the sofa in the living room (bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival), living room-kitchen, shower room with WC, washing machine, freezer, oven and microwave, TV, WIFI internet access, garden furniture, barbecue, large landscaped and wooded garden with orchard and river, private parking.
