Description
La Courette, which can be spotted by its cherry blossom tree in spring, is close to a number of cultural attractions (listed town, wine route, Compostelle pilgrimage) and sporting activities (cycling in the Loire, hiking, canoeing on the Loire). Located in the heart of the historic, cultural and shopping centre, we welcome you to a calm and peaceful setting between the ramparts and the banks of the Loire. Through the private courtyard that gives the gîte its name, you will enter the communal room, which combines an entrance hall, living room, open-plan kitchen and dining room in a warm, rustic atmosphere. The gîte has 3 double or single bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor next to the shower room and toilet. The exposed beams on the first floor add to the charm of the two bedrooms and the relaxation area, which can be converted into 2 extra beds. Baby equipment is available on request (cot, high chair). Pets are welcome. A fully-equipped lock-up is available for two-wheelers. The gîte is a 15-minute walk from La Charité sur Loire station and a 10-minute drive from the A77 motorway exit. Free on-site parking is also available.
