Description

The house contains 2 flats that are connected internally, but each with its own external entrance. The largest flat is a T6 of 130m². It is on the first floor with 1 balcony. It comprises A very bright 23m² living-dining room and a small reading room A fully equipped kitchen A bathroom with washbasin and shower A wc And 4 large bedrooms: Room 1: 1 140cm bed, Room 2: 2 90cm beds Ch3: 1 bed 140cm, ch4: 1 bed 90cm and 1 bed 140cm. The second flat is a T3 of 70m². Ground floor: An entrance hall (with a 2-seater sofa bed) and a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. First floor: A living area (with 1 sofa bed that converts into a 1-seater extra bed), 1 fully-equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with shower and WC, 1 large bedroom with 1 140cm bed and 1 90cm bed separated by a removable partition. Please note that The flats can be rented separately depending on the number of people. Rates are given for up to 5 people for T3, from 6 to 9 people for T6 and from 10 to 14 people for both. Linen and crockery are provided, as well as washing-up and cleaning products. Bed linen is provided Bath towels are provided Pets are not allowed The house is not equipped with WIFI. The 4G signal is good. A mobile box can be installed on request. The furniture is old (1950s to 1990s) of good quality and still in very good condition. A garage is available for storing bikes, skis, sledges and other equipment.

Home

The house has two entrance doors, each with a code box for the key. Except in exceptional circumstances, I will personally welcome my guests when they arrive at the house. Arrival and departure times can be flexible on request.
