Description

Close to a dune massif (protected area), this village is ideally located at the entrance of the Hague peninsula. Nearby, a playground, tennis and a sports field accessible by a pedestrian path. In the Cotentin, the most beautiful surfing sites are located on the west coast, from Biville to Le Rozel. House adjoining 2 other rentals. Ground floor: Living room with TV, equipped kitchen: oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 shower room and WC. Floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90 in each). Outside : Common ground not closed. Terrace. Garden furniture, fixed barbecue. Laundry: 1 shared washing machine and 1 shared dryer (for a fee). Disposable sheets (10€) and towels for rent (8€). Animals accepted (5€ per animal/day). Baby equipment on request. Cleaning service in supplement (80 €). petanque court. Parking. For all reservations longer than 3 weeks, a mandatory cleaning service will be charged every two weeks. Wifi available around the reception area/activity room. Tourist tax and electricity not included (8 KWh free/day), deposit on arrival 500€.
