This charming address will satisfy large families or friends who want to share a stay by the sea.The house is authentic and offers beautiful volumes. The surprise is on the third level where the owners have arranged a comfortable living room with a large roof window offering a superb view of the coastline. The view over the Gatteville lighthouse is magnificent! The house has a nice garden at the back to enjoy this part of the world until the late hours of the day.On the ground floor: living room with wood stove (TV, DVD player), fitted kitchen (gas burner, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher...), office (adapted for teleworking with 3G/4G connection). On the 1st floor: three bedrooms (3 beds 90x190 - bed 160x200 - bed 160x200 - bed 160x200) and a bathroom with wc. On the 2nd floor: large bright living room (TV, hi-fi channel) with sea view, one bedroom with sea view (bed 140x190). Outside: Enclosed private lawn at the back of the rental, garden lounge, shed, barbecue. Parking is at the front of the house (closed courtyard but private parking space) Wifi is present, all operators pick up in the cottage. Baby equipment is available on request. For your comfort sheets and towels are available for rent if you wish. A cleaning service can be done by reservation.Central heating: heating package from 30/09 to 31/05.
