It is located in the village of Le Vieil on the Île de Noirmoutier, 350 metres from the Madeleine beach and 800 metres from the shops. It has a lounge/living room area with exposed beams, a fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90cm) and the other with 1 single bed (160cm), a shower room and separate WC. Private parking. Garden furniture on terrace - 2 sun loungers - barbecue - parasol - Garden shed for storing bikes available. Baby equipment available on request. WIFI - Meticulous cleaning - disinfectant products available. COVID 19: Hygiene measures and additional disinfection of the most affected surfaces between each stay. Disposable mattress and pillow protectors. Use of disinfectant household products. The same products made available to tenants. No smoking in the house. HOLIDAY CHEQUES ACCEPTED.
