This 50 m² gîte, adjoining another dwelling, is entirely on the ground floor. An outside courtyard is also available for you to enjoy on sunny days. Around 35 minutes away by car or train, you can discover Mont Saint-Michel and its bay, Pontorson (10 minutes), Cancale, Dol-de-Bretagne (10 minutes), Saint-Malo, Combourg, Dinard and La Rance. La Gouesnière has a TER station, making it easy to get to Saint-Malo, Dol-de-Bretagne, Combourg, Rennes and even Granville in Normandy! * Interiors of the holiday rental (ground floor) - Fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, etc.) with dining area and TV.
