The property is located in the countryside, in a peaceful setting, and its geographical position means you can easily explore the area, between sea and land.

From the Nantes ring road, follow signs for "Noirmoutier/Pornic/ St Brévin" (junction 52). Stay on the D723 dual carriageway for 15 km (do not turn right into Noirmoutier after 7 km) until you reach the "Le Pellerin/ Ste Pazanne" exit on the right. Take the D80 towards Ste Pazanne. Follow this road for 5 km, the gite is on the right, uphill: white portai N° 3, l'Aubinerie.
