This holiday rental is part of a group of 6 cottages located on the Ferme du Gros Mont, a 7 hectare property by the sea in Auderville. The Customs path, which runs along the property, leads to the famous Ecalgrain beach. The barn has its own independent entrance and private garden as well as a picnic table, barbecue and deckchairs. The garden is also accessible in common with the other cottages, dotted with apple trees and offering games for children and adults (table tennis, swings. . . ). Chickens and rabbits will be your holiday companions. On the first floor, a living room and lounge (TV) with fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment. . . ). The view of the Goury lighthouse from the sofa is a real treat for the eyes. On the second floor you will find the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and 3 bedrooms. A first bedroom with a double bed and 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds. Sheets (10€/person) can be rented on request. All charges included. Cleaning service (45€) in addition.
