On the heights of the pretty medieval town of Pont Croix, you'll live to the rhythm of the tides in this bright, comfortable renovated house combining old-world charm with industrial style and an uninterrupted view of the River Goyen. Shops, summer market and restaurants are all within walking distance as you take the narrow streets leading to the heart of the village, voted France's 2nd favourite village in 2019. An ideal starting point on the road to La Pointe du Raz (Grand site de France) where you can come and admire the wild beauty of the moorland landscapes and the last hours of the sunset, not forgetting the magnificent hikes on the GR34 with breathtaking views passing by the Baie des Trépassés, the little chapel of Saint They at the Pointe du Van or the Ile de Sein accessible by boat from the port of Audierne. Originally from Cap Sizun, we fell in love with this house and were charmed by the peaceful setting, the walled garden and the magnificent view of the river as the tides go in and out. We decided to make this a family home to recharge our batteries with our children and close to our family.
