Semi-detached house: each unit has a living room with two 80cm beds (pull-out beds for children) and a kitchenette, a bedroom with two 80cm beds, a mezzanine (you can stand up anywhere on it) with a 140cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. The whole house can be rented out, doubling the capacity: 8 adult beds and 4 children's beds. From the shared terrace and large enclosed courtyard, shared by the 2 properties, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the sea. The ideal location means you can walk or cycle along the seafront (Vélodyssée to Les Sables or St Jean de Monts), go for a swim at La Parée beach, or stroll around the Brétignolles sur Mer market.
