Holiday home in the typical, very quiet Herbaudière district of Noirmoutier en l'île. With a surface area of 97m², it comprises a living room (lounge), an open-plan fitted kitchen. 4 bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, one bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and a fourth bedroom with 2 x 90cm bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, a second shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a 300 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, as well as free private parking. Bed linen and towels for hire. Pets welcome, cleaning required: €100. Free, high-performance WIFI. During your holiday, you'll enjoy all the pleasures the island of Noirmoutier has to offer: fishing, nature walks, markets, etc. Beaches, shops and restaurants are less than 200 metres from the gîte. In July and August, a free shuttle bus will take you all over the island of Noirmoutier en l'île.
