Welcome to Caudebronde, in a warm and charming house nestling in the heart of nature, ideal for up to 7 people. The perfect place to get away from it all, enjoy the peace and quiet, the river and the great outdoors. The house has three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed. A second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A third bedroom on the second floor, under the roof, with two double beds. You'll enjoy a large, friendly living room with sitting and dining areas, and a semi-open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and all the crockery and cutlery you need. The bathroom on the first floor has a bath, shower and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a shower room with shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, two terraces await you, at the front and rear of the gîte, to enjoy the sunshine at any time of day. The jacuzzi, set in a peaceful spot in the heart of nature, will provide you with unforgettable moments of relaxation. A barbecue is also available for outdoor meals. The river runs alongside the property, making it ideal for walks, hikes or simply relaxing by the water. There is also space to store your sports equipment. This gîte is an invitation to switch off, relax and enjoy nature. A real place to recharge your batteries. It's an ideal destination for relaxing breaks, hiking and discovering unspoilt countryside.
