Semi-detached house with 83 m2 living space on the edge of a forest, 2 km from Les Lays beach and close to the Noirmoutier bridge. Comprising a lounge, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm), shower room and separate wc - Garage and storeroom - Enclosed terrace - Children's play area. free wifi Pets accepted (only one dog per gite) for a fee of €25 for the stay. Sheets can be hired for €10 per pair and towels for €7 on request. Cleaning at the end of your stay 95€. Tourist tax 1.40€ per night and from 18 years old
