Spacious and functional accommodation This charming gîte offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay: 🛏️ A cozy bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a wardrobe for optimal storage. 🚿 A modern bathroom with a 140x80 cm shower, an elegant sink, a wall-hung toilet, and a heated towel rail. 🛋️ A welcoming and modular living room, including a 140x200 cm Rapido sofa (wooden slatted base) offering two additional beds, a table with four chairs, and a coffee table. 🍽️ An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, extractor hood, microwave with Crisp function, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. A private terrace and shared spaces 🌿 Enjoy your furnished terrace with garden furniture, separate from the Occitanie gîte. If you rent both cottages, you can combine the terraces to share convivial moments with family or friends. 🚲 Shared laundry room available upon request. A relaxing setting 🏊‍♂️ Swimming pool shared with other gîtes and owners, accessible from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Secured by an approved alarm (NF P90-307-1 standard) and a barrier, child supervision remains the responsibility of accompanying adults. The pool will be heated starting May 2025, and in May, June, September, and October if the weather is favorable. 🥐 Services for a comfortable stay: Linens (sheets and towels) included. End-of-stay cleaning included. Breakfast, home-cooked meals, or picnic baskets are available upon reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance).
